I worked with Aigul at VeChain on brand, website, and the EVearn product, and she is an outstanding designer with a very strong eye for UI and visual detail.

Aigul led the VeChain brand refresh, including logo refinement and the creation of a new visual identity, and translated it into clear, practical brand guidelines that were easy for teams and partners to apply. She was deeply involved in the website work, providing hands-on direction on layouts, components, typography, and visual consistency, while collaborating closely with UX on structure and content hierarchy.

On EVearn, Aigul built the brand and product visuals from the ground up — defining the visual language, UI principles, in-product copy, and key user flows. She significantly raised the overall design quality and clarity of the product, helping it feel polished, coherent, and credible from an early stage.

Aigul has excellent visual taste, is highly detail-oriented, and consistently sets a high bar for UI and graphic quality. She's reliable, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. I would happily work with her again.

I had the pleasure of working with Aigul at VeChain, where she was a key member of our UX team as a Senior Product Designer.

Aigul was instrumental in evolving our core brand identity and in leading the brand and UI redesign of the Evearn app, significantly raising the quality and consistency of our product experience. She combines strong visual craft with solid product thinking and consistently delivers thoughtful, high-quality design in a complex, fast-moving environment.

She worked effectively across design, product, and engineering, bringing clarity, ownership, and professionalism to everything she touched. I would strongly recommend Aigul to any team looking for a senior designer capable of driving meaningful impact across both brand and product.

In VeChain, I worked with Aigul on a particular project to reward sustainable behaviours.

Aigul's arrival on the team very much hastened the identification of the way forward for our application, as we had been trying to plan how to move it to the next phase. Her proposal for a revamp of the product design won over key stakeholders across the organisation and we quickly moved to start building that. As an engineer, I found her brilliant to work with. She was always keen to collaborate with us in the true spirit of teamwork.

She is a very talented professional and I would definitely recommend her to any team or company.

Aigul is an incredible product designer who I had the pleasure of working with on a DeFi project. I'm still amazed at how quickly she dove into the DeFi world, and it seems to be her superpower to turn such complex concepts into something approachable, user-friendly, and not so scary after all!

We've had a lot of fun working together, and I'm already a bit jealous of those lucky teams who'll get the chance to work with her!

Aika is one of the most hardworking and reliable designers on our team.

I am completely satisfied with her dedication, skills, tenacity, and hard work. She is willing to take on complex projects, which has been a great asset to our team.

She has a clear understanding of software design and is always eager to learn new things.

I had the pleasure of working with Aigul during her time as a designer on the Business Start project at Sberbank. Throughout the project, Aigul consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, creativity, and initiative.

One of Aigul's strongest assets is her ability to thoroughly design user journeys. She approaches each task with a deep understanding of user needs and translates them into seamless and intuitive experiences. Her attention to maintaining visual and brand consistency is equally commendable.

Aigul works in a highly proactive manner. She independently seeks out the information she needs, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and strives to gather as much relevant data as possible to support her design decisions.

In addition to her core responsibilities in UX design, Aigul willingly supported other design-related tasks as needed, always showing flexibility and a strong team spirit.

Aigul is a true professional in Web3 design. She approaches every task thoughtfully and consistently, always caring deeply about the success of the project. I really enjoyed building products and achieving meaningful results together with her.

During the two years of working with Aigul, I was convinced of her professionalism and zeal to make high-quality interfaces. I often had to interact with the design department, and I can confidently say that communication with Aigul is always at the highest level: I received timely answers, feedback and all the necessary details. This is a case when I would really like to work together in the future!

I had the pleasure of working closely with Aigul at VeChain, where she led the charge on our new branding. She is a powerhouse of creativity and discipline. Aigul has a unique talent for taking complex, abstract ideas and turning them into a visual language that resonates with users. Her work was instrumental in elevating our product suite. She isn't just a designer; she is a brand architect able to lead teams to achieve the best result.

I really enjoyed working with Aigul. She's an incredibly strong Senior Product Designer who has a great instinct for turning complex problems into clear and thoughtful design solutions. She cares deeply about the user, but never loses sight of business goals or technical realities, which makes her work both impactful and practical.

Aigul is also just great to work with. She takes real ownership of her work and consistently raises the bar for design quality. I learned a lot from working with her and would happily jump at the chance to do so again. Highly recommend her to any team.
